There are 3 exhibitors stand option available – premium stands, classic stand and start up business stand.

PREMIUM STAND

Premium stands are the premier level exhibitor stands for leading-edge businesses allowing you to fully showcase your business and partake of the full range of expo opportunities available.
Premium stand offers superior placement within the venue and provide a larger space to showcase your business. Take advantage of the wide frontage and black paneling to highlight your business. Display collateral and turn the spotlights on to make your premium stand a stand out.

Exclusive stall placement in the best strategic location at the expo venue and unique branding of the stall
Attendance at the VIP Red carpet session and the exclusive walk through.
10 attendees at the award ceremony after the expo.

PREMIUM STAND IN VIEW

Premium stands include:

Single stand 20ft by 20ft wide with a height of 2.3m
Black panel 4 way multi box power supply
2 spotlight (4 for a double stand)
2 tables and 2 chairs
Cornersite: your stand will have a back wall and two side walls unless otherwise requested.

PREMIUM STAND COLLABORATION

Businesses have the option to collaborate and share premium stands should they wish. A single premium stand can have up to three business sharing.

CLASSIC STAND

These are the classic level exhibitor stands for fast growing businesses, also allowing you to fully showcase your business and partake of the full range of expo opportunities available.
Classic stand offers quality placement and space to exhibit your products and services within the venue.

Classic stands benefits include:

Stall placement in a strategic location at the expo and unique branding of the stall
Attendance at the VIP Red carpet session and the exclusive walk through.
5 attendees at the award ceremony after the expo
Inclusion in the classic exhibitor directory,
Promotion on the social media and more.

1 spotlight (2 for a double stand)
1 tables and 2 chairs

CLASSIC STAND COLLABORATION

Businesses have the option to collaborate and share Classic stands should they wish. A single classic stand can have up to two (2) business sharing.

SMALL BIZ ARENA

The Small Biz Arena provides an exhibitor’s option for small businesses within 5 or fewer employees who wish to have a presence at the Lagos Expo to broaden their connections, make sales and be part of the several fun on the day. This arena has been created for the ambitious, forward thinking entrepreneurs who are not yet in a position to invest in a premium exhibitor stand this year.

You can set up your stand in designated arena. An Umbrella, A table and a chair will be provided to display sales and promotional material or plug-in laptop and a space for a pull-up banner alongside. Small biz Arena exhibitors book a space and pay online. Stalls are booked on the first booked first served base.

Your small biz hub booking includes ticket for one exhibitor’s attendee per stand to attend the award ceremony after the expo which includes food, drinks and networking. Additional tickets can be purchased.

Like the premium exhibitors, small biz hub exhibitors set up the day before the expo. On the day of the expo arrive at the designated small biz hub arena at 8:15am ready to man your table for the day ahead.
